We cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Our priority is the health and safety of both customers and staff, therefore we will comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines when fulfilling orders. Thus, processing times may be effected.
• Once your order is placed the fulfillment need 3-5 days to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. However, your date of delivery may be affected by flight delays, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery day.
• Processing times may be extended during holidays, re-stocks, new releases/promotions. Please keep in mind our merchandise is sourced from both U.S. domestic & overseas fulfillment partners. However, we will work with our fulfillment centers to ensure an expeditious delivery given the current state of the pandemic. Orders should arrive from overseas within 15 working days, and U.S. domestic within 10 working days. Unforeseen delays with UPS, DHL, and USPS are beyond our control, however we will always monitor the shipping situations regularly to keep our customers informed.
• We are very transparent, if any issues are foreseen with fulfilling your order we will offer a cancellation option for a full refund. We have updated information within our return policy on any unshipped orders.
• Weekends and major holidays are not considered business days, therefore no fulfillment will be completed on these days.
