In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your merchandise, feel free to begin a return within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund. All returns MUST have an authorization number for refund to be processed. NO REFUNDS will be given without an authorization number. Please contact us immediately so we can make things right! - You can return at your own expense to TrulyWe Shop P.O. Box 252012, West Bloomfield Michigan 48325 US.
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days upon receiving your return by either a store credit or original payment account, your preference.
- We reserve the right to refuse and/or reject returns from customers anytime due to the following reason including but not limited to:
- Worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items. Fraudulent claims, or illegal purchases.
- No refunds on final/sale items, lingerie, health/beauty items.
Exchanges
NOT permitted on any orders at this time, however refunds can be completed by contacting our customer service via email info@trulywe.shop.
Shipping
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. You should receive your domestic fulfilled orders within 5-10 working days. You should receive your (imported) international fulfilled order within 10-15 working days. Remember working days DO NOT include weekend, domestic/international holidays as many deliveries do not work to deliver on these days.
COVID-19 Update
Our priority is the health and safety of both customers and staff; therefore we will comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines when fulfilling orders. Thus, processing times may be affected.
- Once your order is placed the fulfillment center needs 3-5 working days to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. However, your date of delivery may be affected by flight delays, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery day.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, re-stocks, new releases/promotions. Please keep in mind our merchandise is sourced from both U.S. domestic & overseas fulfillment partners. However, we will work with our fulfillment centers to ensure an expeditious delivery given the current state of the pandemic. Orders should arrive from overseas (imported) within 10-15 working days, and U.S. domestic within 5-10 working days. Unforeseen delays with UPS, DHL, and USPS are beyond our control, however we will always monitor the shipping situations regularly to keep our customers informed.
- We are very transparent, if any issues are foreseen with fulfilling your order, we will offer a cancellation option for a full refund. We have updated information within our return policy on any unshipped orders.
- Weekends and major holidays are not considered business/working days; therefore no fulfillment will be completed on these days.
